SHIPPING


DOMESTIC

all orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, unless otherwise specified. once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.

while shipping + delivery within the US usually takes between 3-7 business days, it's important to note that once a package has been shipped, transit + delivery times are beyond my control.



INTERNATIONAL

orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on size, location + rates. because of customs, there is a slightly longer processing time. delivery can take anywhere from 10-14 business days to several weeks, due to foreign holidays or delays in travel, customs, postal service, etc.

please note : always be mindful of your country's customs regulations, as i'm not responsible for additional fees, taxes, loss or damage through that system.



LOCAL PICKUP

if you live in rochester, new york please feel free to select 'local pickup' at checkout to waive shipping costs + pick up your order in person. once your order is ready to be picked up, i will contact you via email to coordinate a pick up time. *please do not use this code if you do not live locally or are unable to pick up your order.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES


your satisfaction is the most important to me! if you're not happy with your order or have questions + concerns please do not hesitate to reach out.

because of the nature of handcrafted art, i am unable to accept returns or exchanges. i do my best to document pieces in the best possible natural light, with slight editing. please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions + other important notes carefully before placing your order. if you have questions or concerns about colors, always contact me beforehand.





LOST PACKAGES


RETURNED PACKAGES

if a package is returned to me because the buyer provided the wrong address, a refund will not be issued. the buyer is responsible for repaying shipping costs before the package is shipped again.


DEFECTIVE PACKAGES

in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of those damaged in transit), a refund or exchange is possible. please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order with detailed images + a description of the damage. before a refund or exchange can be made, the product must be returned in its original condition + packaging. because of the nature of handcrafted art, there may be an additional wait time while repairs are made.

please note : variation in color does not constitute a "defective product." i do my best to accurately display + document products. color variations may occur due to your screen or monitor settings.
