ONLINE ORDERS

Herbert Eudora accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, ChinaUnionPay, CartesBancaires, Electron, Maestro, PayPal, Pay Later, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

PROCESSING TIME

For ready-made pieces please allow 1-5 business days for processing and an additional 2-4 days for shipping. Tracking numbers will be available once your item(s) has shipped.​ For pieces that are made-to-order, lead time depends on the size of the piece, as well as materials readily available. Please contact me directly for an estimated lead time on your piece.

SHIPPING + TRACKING

All Domestic and International orders are shipped via USPS First Class / Priority and include tracking, which will be included in the shipping confirmation. Transit and delivery times, as well as delays due to holidays, travel, processing times, etc are beyond our control.​ Herbert Eudora is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address. Please make sure that your shipping information is entered correctly, to ensure it arrives safely!​ If you are ordering from outside of the United States, please be mindful of your country's customs regulations, as we are not responsible for additional fees, taxes or delays.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We hope that you love your purchase, but in the case where you are not happy with your order or have questions/concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Due to the nature of handcrafted art, we are unable to accept refunds, returns or exchanges. We do our best to document pieces in the best possible natural light, with just slight color correction. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and other important notes carefully before placing your order. If you have questions or concerns, always contact us beforehand.

LIABILITY + DAMAGES

Herbert Eudora is not liable for shipping loss or damage in transit. In the case of a lost or stolen package please contact your local post office, as we are not responsible for packages after they have shipped. If a package is returned to us because the wrong address was provided, you are responsible for repaying shipping costs if you wish to have the item resent.

If you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of those damaged in transit), please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with detailed images and a description of the damage. Before a refund or repair can be made, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Herbert Eudora is not responsible for shipping costs. Due to the nature of handcrafted art, there may be an additional wait time if repairs can be made.

Note: variation in color does not constitute a "defective product."

LOCAL PICKUP

All local orders can be picked up curbside from our home studio in Rochester, NY. Please select that option when checking out. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with the location, dates and hours of business to coordinate a time for you to pick up your order.
