For ready-made pieces please allow 1-3 business days for processing and an additional 2-4 days for shipping. Tracking numbers will be available once your item(s) has shipped.
For pieces that are made-to-order, lead time depends on the size of the piece, as well as materials readily available. Please contact me directly for an estimated lead time on your piece.
My pieces are carefully created with natural fibers, including merino wool, recycled silk + fabric, as well as plant-based cotton to ensure longevity + durability. Materials are sourced by small suppliers who value their work as environmentally-friendly + ethically-made.
Due to the nature of handcrafted original art, I offer wholesale on a limited collection of home decor and goods. You can learn more about wholesale here.

I do my best to thoughtfully package orders, but your piece may get jumbled in shipping. If it does, gently comb fringe or misplaced fibers by hand. Never pull on fibers, wet, brush, remove pieces or trim ends. Woven pieces are delicate, so please only lightly dust (top to bottom) to preserve and keep clean.
For local friends who commission a custom piece of art over 5 ft and are not confident installing it themselves, please inquire. Installation is offered by request only to those in Rochester, NY.
